HTMA Package

Service Description

Includes the cost of: HTMA Test x2 consultations: One 20 minute initial consultation and one, 40 minute consultation to go over results (booked once HTMA completed and results received) Interpretation Time Personalised and bio-individualised Nutrition and Wellness Plan Supplement Recommendation Plan Follow Up Recommendations Once payment has been received, you will receive the pathology slip, instructions and health intake questionnaire to be completed asap. Once Kate receives the HTMA results she will contact you and book your consultation in.

Cancelation Policy

Bookings for the HTMA package are non-refundable. If you need to change your appointment time please contact info@theholisticroadback.com. Cancellation of other services will incur a fee of 50% of total price if cancelled within 48 hours of appointment time. Rescheduling is accepted 48 hours before appointment. If rescheduling in the 48 hour period is necessary please email info@theholisticroadback.com. Please note if rescheduled within the 48 hours prior appointment a booking reschedule fee of $25 will be charged.
