Service Description

This includes 2 consultations. In the initial one we will discuss what problems you are having and what testing is recommended. Follow up consultation will be to go over your lab results and your plan. This price includes the 2 consultations, interpretation of the chosen FM lab, personalised and bio-individualised nutrition and wellness plan, supplement recommendation plan, and follow up plan. It does not include the cost of the lab. If you are wanting a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, then please see the HTMA package. This is for all other FM labs including: Organic Acid Test, Adrenal Test, Hormone Testing, Comprehensive Hormone Panel, Stool Testing, Full Thyroid Panel, Omega 3 Testing, Mycotoxins Test, Food Sensitivity testing.

Cancelation Policy

Bookings for the HTMA package are non-refundable. If you need to change your appointment time please contact info@theholisticroadback.com. Cancellation of other services will incur a fee of 50% of total price if cancelled within 48 hours of appointment time. Rescheduling is accepted 48 hours before appointment. If rescheduling in the 48 hour period is necessary please email info@theholisticroadback.com. Please note if rescheduled within the 48 hours prior appointment a booking reschedule fee of $25 will be charged.
